I will be translating mostly the conversation between Mune and Nino and also briefly explaining what is going on but not everything ne. Please take note that this is translated from the chinese subs. ^^

Part D:

Mune-kun is now able to do things on his own such as buttoning his own shirt, taking baths on his own with the help of Toume-Ningen and although he would argue with Toume-Ningen sometimes, he will also apologise when he is in the wrong. His mom and Arashi would be giving Mune-kun a prize which would also be his biggest challenge to date - Giving him a single ticket to watch an Arashi concert at TBS by himself...

Mom: Keep your eyes close and sit up.
Mom: What do you think this is?
Mom: Here~
Mune: What is this?
Mom: What is it?
Mune: Arashi concert tickets!
Mom: That's right.
Mom: So what are you going to do?
Mune: I want to go!
Mom: Do you want to?
Mune: Yes!
Mom: But there is only one ticket... can you go by yourself?
Mune: I'm going!
Mom: Mommy is going to ask you this... look at me and answer seriously.
Mom: Sit properly.
Mom: Can you go to TBS by yourself?
Mune: Yes, I can!
Mom: Can you go to a concert by yourself?
Mune: I can!
Mom: Alright!

This is the present that Mune-kun always wanted - tickets to Arashi's concert and thus he is really about it. The concert was actually specially prepared for Mune-kun this time by Arashi and it will be held at TBS in Akasaka. However, Mune-kun looks a tad insecure at the prospect of having to go alone. He have never taken a train by himself and when his mother left him alone in the room, Mune-kun immediately calls for his friend, Toume-Ningen to discuss about this.

Mune: I will be going to an Arashi concert but I will be going alone. Can you go with me?
Nino: You can't go alone?
Mune: Hn. I can't go alone.
Nino: Then lets go together!
Mune: Yes... but wait... there is only one ticket.
Nino: No problem. They can't see me anyway.

And thus the two agreed to go to the concert tomorrow.
However, this is the "graduation exam" of Mune-kun and Toume-Ningen... but Mune-kun didn't know anything about it.

The Day of the Concert

Conversation between Mune-kun and his mom - The mother was giving directions to Mune-kun and teaching him how to go to TBS.

Finally it is time to set out!

Nino: Would you able to see Ninomiya-kun today?
Mune: Yes, I can see him.
Nino: You can see him?
Mune: I can!
Nino: What would you say to Ninomiya-kun when you see him?
Nino: Would be it things like "It has been a long time!" and such?
Mune: No, I wouldn't. No matter what I say, he would not be able to hear it.
Nino: Why wouldn't he be able to hear it?
Mune: Hmm... He is a star and many people will be noisy, so...
Nino: Ah, is that so? (Awwwww)
Mune: Hn...

Although Mune-kun says that, he must be feeling really excited about it. But what challenges would Mune-kun be facing in this journey?

As they were walking, Toume-Ningen suddenly stops and bend over in pain.

Nino: Mune-kun, can you come over here for a bit?
Mune-kun: Hmm? What happen?
Nino: I might not be able to go on... so can you go by yourself from now on?

The Toume-Ningen whom Mune-kun likes the most is suddenly feeling ill. It seems like Toume-Ningen could not be out of the drawing book for too long.

Nino: I need to go back to the drawing and go find a hospital in there...
Mune: Hn.
Nino: Mune-kun, can you go alone?
Nino: Itai... Itai... (in pain)

This is a big problem as Mune-kun would have to go all the way to TBS by himself and he seem to be worried about it but seeing how his favourite Toume-Ningen is suffering, he can't be wilful anymore and so he decided... he will be going alone.

Part E and F:

This is mostly about Mune-kun's journey to TBS and the various difficulties he faces while trying to get to TBS. However, he was lucky to meet many helpful adults who help him to oversome them. From waking him up when he falls asleep to getting him out of the train when it is his stop, giving him directions when he is lost and helping him to buy tickets, Mune-kun recieves a lot of help from these kind adults. Although there were times where Mune-kun was afraid and totally exhausted, he continues his journey the best he could...

Finally, Mune-kun arrives at Akasaka and TBS...

Nino: Mune-kun... Mune-kun!

Toume-Ningen appears!

Nino: It has been tough on you...
Mune: Are you fine now?
Nino: Yes, I'm fine now.
Nino: Let's go to Arashi concert together now.
Mune: H!.

Finally, it is time for the concert, what surprise awaits Mune-kun?

Part G:

The concert started but there are only 4 members on stage and Mune-kun can't find his Ninomiya-kun among them or anywhere on the stage.

Jun: Please enjoy yourself fully today!
Jun: I think everyone notice that Nino isn't here. He has something to do today and so there is only the 4 of us here.
Audience: Ehhhhh!!??

It seems like Nino has something on and is therefore unable to make it to this concert...

Jun: There is a kid here today and I would like to introduce him to everyone. He is known to everyone due to this show. It's Mune-kun!

The audience erupts in loud cheers but Mune-kun looks traumatised and Aiba picked him up from the crowd. ^^;;;

Jun: Mune-kun, who do you like the most in Arashi?
Mune: Ninomiya-kun.
Jun: That's how it is ne?
Jun: Do you want to see Nino today?
Mune: I want to see him.

Because Ninomiya was not there, Mune-kun probably feels quite lonely... Why isn't Ninomiya-kun there?

Jun: Mune-kun... isn't there a Toume-Ningen that only you can see?
Mune: Hn.
Jun: Actually, all of us here can see him too.
Mune: Hn.
Jun: This happen... because Toume-Ningen is not invisible.

Mune-kun does not really seem to understand what MatusJun is trying to tell him. Just what is going on here? But somehow, images after images started appearing in Mune-kun's mind, could it be that...?

Jun: Nino!! Please come onto the stage.

When Matsumoto call for Nino, Toume-Ningen walk onto the stage instead and started taking off his bandages. Toume-Ningen becomes Ninomiya-kun right before Kune-kun's eyes!

Nino: Everyone in Arashi wishes that Mune-kun will be more independent. If Mune-kun becomes independent, we will hold a concert for him.

Mune-kun didn't say a world but watch Nino intensely as he speaks.

Nino: Thanks a lot for everything, Mune-kun. Please listen to this now.

*Arashi sings [Typhoon Generation] and Mune-kun sings along*

Nino send Mune-kun home...

Nino: Goodbye, Mune-kun!
*Both of them waves goodbye at each other*
Nino: Bye bye, Mune-chan!

Nino: So! That's how it is and the long story of Mune-kun has...

*A loud whistle is heard and Nino turns around*

Mune (shouting): Thank you, Toume-san. *waves*
